Mick Coorey of Mick Coorey Health and Fitness – History

Mick Coorey is a former rugby player who spent time with the Broncos, North Queensland Cowboys and Balmain during a 10-year professional career.  He retired from professional football in 2004. Still with fire in his belly and a passion for fitness it is no wonder Mick set up the Mick Coorey Health and Fitness personal training studio.

Personal Training Client Goals

Some of the client fitness goals Mick has helped achieve includes helping other high profile ex-sports stars shed unwanted bulge, running Cougar Camps to help mums shed their post-baby lumps and bumps and getting teams fit for the likes of the Bridge to Brisbane Fun Run and the Noosa Triathlon. Alongside this, Mick Coorey Health and Fitness has a steady stream of clients simply getting fit, maintaining their fitness or losing weight.
